I enjoyed visiting our Lane Woods and Rosewood communities last Wednesday to deliver hand-painted renderings by Barney Davidge to homeowners.
The renderings were painted by Barney Davidge and Associates prior to the opening of the communities to use to illustrate the homes for prospective homeowners before construction.  At Lane Woods, the renderings were done of specific homes at the community to include heritage trees that we saved at the community.
Be sure to check out the video at the end of this post showing renderings and actual photography of same homes. Â It’s amazing how close the renderings are to the actual homes!

I missed meeting many of the homeowners at Rosewood, but my inbox has been filled with words of thanks from homeowners:
- “It was beautiful. Â Need to find a frame and probably hang it somewhere in the house.”
- “It is wonderful and thanks a lot!”
- “It was very nice of you to give it to us. Thank you very much.”
